If you are looking for a less formal evening than a sit down meal, a selection of private festive buffets are ideal for you to enjoy mixing and mingling with your friends and colleagues. Top the evening off with the disco which will see everyone dancing and partying into the early hours. Available for 30 to 100 guests.

Get into the festive spirit with a Christmas lunch or dinner, served throughout December. This is an ideal way to round off the year with drinks with friends and colleagues.
Start off in the Jacobean oak panelled, Maydes Hedde Bar, the oldest cocktail bar in Britain, frequented in days passed by Norwich’s famous sons and daughters. Drinks are followed by a 3-course à la carte seasonal menu, accompanied by carefully selected wines; all the ingredients for a good start for the festive season.

Why Not Stay
Why worry about the journey home? Stay over and extend your Christmas celebrations and avoid problems travelling home after your party. Our bedrooms offer a warm and comfortable retreat at the end of the evening and a full Norfolk breakfast to start the day afresh.
To make the evening really special, upgrade to one of our Feature rooms or Suites. Feature rooms are located in the original part of the hotel, each with its own individual character, including exposed original beams and brickwork fireplaces. All Feature rooms have a comfortable seating area for enhanced relaxation and enjoyment.
Suites have separate lounge and dining areas for entertaining guests. Lounge areas are flooded with natural daylight from original sash windows, giving a bright feel to the suite throughout the day. Feature fireplaces in the lounge and exposed beams throughout add to the character and individuality of the suites.
