Celebrate Christmas 2007 - Viva Las Vegas Style
Viva Las Vegas Themed Christmas Party Nights
At this party we’re taking you to the Strip. Enjoy an evening of fun and surprises including a 4 course Christmas dinner, themed novelties and dancing to some of your favourite Elvis and showgirl classics.
So put on your blue suede shoes and celebrate with your friends and colleagues this christmas.
Arrival from 7.00pm
Dinner served at 8.00pm
Dancing/entertainment commencing at 9.30pm until midnight
Sunday – Thursday, Friday and Saturdays until 1.00am
Christmas Party Lunch Menu
2 course festive lunch, with a choice of 3 main courses with a vegetarian option upon request, 3 desserts, followed by freshly brewed coffee and warm mince pies. Including Hats, Crackers, Novelties and Music
Club Christmas Lunch Menu and Specials
Table reservations 12 noon – 3.00pm. 2 courses and coffee.
Christmas Party Night Menu
Starters
Cream of Winter Vegetable Soup (v)
Seasonal winter vegetables simmered gently with fresh herbs and finished with fresh cream and golden deep fried croutons.
Duck & Green Peppercorn Terrine
Shredded breast of duck with soft green peppercorns and seasonal herbs bound together to form a delicate savoury terrine, served with a sharp fruit chutney and toasted Ciabatta bread.
Tomato and Basil Bruschetta (v)
Chopped plum tomatoes, red onion, fresh garlic and basil bound in extra virgin olive oil and piled high on toasted Ciabatta bread and served with a dressed salad garnish.
Classic Smoked Salmon
Thinly sliced smoked salmon simply served with lemon juice and cracked black pepper, dressed with dill and a lemon garnish
Main Courses
Turkey Paupiette
Plump turkey breast stuffed with a cranberry and rosemary farce, wrapped in bacon and roasted - served with a rich red wine jus
Roast Loin of Cod with Parsley Butter
Prime loin of cod fillet simply baked under foil with lemon and finished with seasoned parsley butter
Stuffed Saddle of Lamb
Early season New Zealand lamb saddle stuffed with a light fruit and herb farce and served with sweet citrus flavoured gravy
Mushroom, Blue Cheese & Hazelnut Parcel (v)
Sliced mushrooms, tangy blue cheese and roasted hazelnuts presented in a puff pastry case on a rich tomato and herb sauce
Served with: Panache of Vegetables and Roasted Potatoes
A selection of seasonal vegetables and golden roasted garlic and rosemary potatoes

Traditional Christmas Pudding
Rich fruit Christmas pudding served with a brandy sauce
Chocolate and Lime Cheesecake
Rich chocolate and lime mousse on a dark biscuit base garnished with candied lime slices

Sharp lemon tart in a short pastry case served with lightly whipped cream
