 Once inside this stunning venue allow ‘The Oriental Garden’ to transport your guests away from the hustle and bustle of London and into this unique venue. A perfect setting for an intimate Christmas party.
The Party
Guests will be welcomed by a sparkling wine and cocktail reception into the sleek, contemporary design of Singapura, which will be complemented by warm atmospheric lighting, oriental projections and dramatic table centres, creating this mystical Oriental Garden.
Dinner is a resplendent affair at Singapura; guests will dine on smartly dressed tables whilst being served by traditionally dressed staff. Enjoy the sociable Asian eating style and indulge in the delicious cuisine of The Singapura restaurant.
After dinner, the venue transforms, guests will be treated to a spectacular dragon dance followed by an intimate disco with a fantastic DJ to really get the party started.

Starters
Tod mun - Classic Thai fish cakes flavoured with spices and lime leaves served with
a peanut and cucumber relish
Kamom Pang - Marinated minced prawns on toast flavoured with coriander leaves,
topped with sesame seeds
Larb - Minced breast of chicken, lightly poached and tossed in a dressing of
coriander, lemongrass and chillies with lemon juice
Lumpia - Spring rolls filled with Asian vegetables, transparent glass noodles and
prawns
Main Courses
Gaeng KiewWan - Thai green prawn curry cooked in a spicy coconut sauce and
flavoured with holy basil and kaffir lime leaves
Babi Kratiem - Pork slices stir-fried with coriander, garlic and pepper
Panang - Red beef curry with lime leaves and coconut milk
Char Sayur - Crisp seasonal vegetables stir-fried with a light soya sauce
Nasi Puteh - Steamed Thai fragrant rice
