 The Party
Prepare to be transported to the glamour of Asia, as the fantasy destination ‘Shangri La’ is brought to London this December in this City venue.
Guests are welcomed by the stunning architecture of this venue where twinkling p-lights and beautiful oriental lanterns fill their view, following a sparkling reception guests will move through to the dining area which will be complemented by warm atmospheric lighting, oriental projections and dramatic table centres, creating this delightful Shangri La theme.
After delicious dinner and fantastic entertainment our DJ will ensure your guests make their way through to the dance floor, which will be full for the rest of the night!

Starter
A terrine of salmon and smoked salmon with cracked black pepper, seasonal salad leaves drizzled with lemon dressing
Baby leek, spinach and goats cheese tartlet on a bed of rocket with a balsamic dressing (v)
Main Course
Rump of lamb with thyme on a bed of carrot and swede mash, redcurrant and thyme sauce
Spiced chickpea cakes with red onion and coriander salsa served with fondant roasted potatoes and a selection of seasonal vegetables (v)
Dessert
Flaming traditional Christmas pudding and warm rum sauce

During service, selections of dishes are served from a buffet point whilst the remaining dishes are served to the guests offering an innovative dining experience.
