STRAIGHT TO THE DANCEFLOOR CHRISTMAS PARTY NIGHTS
The evening of celebrations will begin by tucking in to a delicious two course dinner, a main course & dessert which has been carefully designed by our executive head chef. With only two course’s within this package it means that you get on the dancefloor earlier to show off your moves! Dance the night away with our resident DJ, who will be playing music until 1am.

MERRY & BRIGHT SHARED PARTY NIGHTS
The evening of celebrations will begin by tucking in to a delicious three course menu, which has been carefully designed by our executive head chef. Dance the night away with our resident DJ, who will be playing music until 1am.

PRIVATE CHRISTMAS PARTIES
If you are looking to arrange something a little more exclusive or want to make your party night extra special, why not book a private room to host your event? Our private Christmas parties are for a minimum of 150 guests and a maximum of 330. We can provide a dinner menu for your guests to select from along with the option to pre-order drinks to keep the festivities going. Let us take care of everything so you can let your hair down & dance the night away at your private Christmas party! Available throughout November, December & January. FESTIVE AFTERNOON TEA
There’s nothing better than a warm cup of tea or coffee and some festive treats to get you into the Christmas spirit. Our festive afternoon tea is a great way to relax and enjoy a seasonal catch-up with friends or family, all in our beautiful Meadow – Kitchen, Bar, Terrace.

Served daily throughout December (excluding Christmas Day), from 12:30pm – 4pm. Price from £21.95 per person. Treat yourself to a glass of prosecco for just £7.50 per person.

Gluten-free and vegetarian menus available.

FESTIVE LUNCHES
Prefer something a little more relaxed? Our festive lunches are ideal for catching up with family, friends or colleagues over great food in a cosy setting served in Meadow – Kitchen, Bar, Terrace. Or if you are looking for something more private, ask us about our beautifully decorated function rooms (This is for a minimum of 10 guests).

Available daily throughout December served 12pm-3pm excluding Christmas Day & New Year’s Eve. Price from £28.95 for two courses or £33.95 for three courses per person.

NEW YEAR'S EVE FAMILY FIESTA
Back by popular demand! After the incredible success of our New Years Eve family fiesta last year, it returns this year for another night of fun. Perfect for families looking for a relaxed but memorable way to ring in the New Year together.

Bring the whole family to Meadow – Kitchen, Bar, Terrace for a delicious two course buffet dinner, followed by a fun-filled disco with our family-friendly DJ playing all the hits until we see in the New Year.

Our buffet will feature a mix of family favourites and international dishes, followed by an indulgent dessert bar with sweet treats the kids will love!

Get ready for an unforgettable experience filled with laughter, joy and delicious treats to keep the whole family going until the New Year begins. Price for child ticket (2-12 years) is £39.

NEW YEAR'S EVE PARTY
Let the champagne corks pop and party poppers fly as we celebrate the highlight of the year! Begin the evening with a sparkling welcome drink, then countdown to midnight with your nearest and dearest after enjoying a lavish three course dinner. Dance your way into 2026 to the music played by our resident DJ, who will keep the party going till 1am. Overnight packages available.

ACCOMMODATION
Don’t let the celebrations end just when the DJ does! Instead of wasting time waiting for taxis or nominating a designated driver – relax and unwind in a warm, cosy bedroom and enjoy a good night’s sleep. Book a standard bedroom for just £89.00 (up to two guests). Early bookers will be entitled to these fantastic, discounted rates and complimentary overnight parking in our large spacious car park.

Holiday Inn Gatwick Worth has undergone a £9 million refurbishment and extension. From our Event suites ready to host our Christmas parties, 40 new bedrooms, restaurant, and bar with terrace area, every part of our hotel has been transformed to look very modern, sleek and beautifully decorated ready for the party season!

The hotel is located 6 miles from Gatwick Airport and just off Jct 10 of the M23 and close to the town of Crawley (3 miles).
