Below are details of our 2023 parties, to give you an idea of what we can do.

Join us for a Christmas Party at Penta this year, we’ve got something for everyone. We can help you to host the perfect private event, meaning all you have to do is sit back, eat, drink and be merry! 

We have a choice of areas for your party this year for sit down dinners, to buffet and drinks, and able to accommodate a maximum of 180 guests within our lounge and 100 for a sit down dinner or lunch. 

*Our resident DJ will be with us on selected dates throughout December, subject to a minimum of 50 guests attending. Our party nights run until 1am. Minimum numbers for private party applies.

The Penta Hotel Ipswich has 126 bedrooms, and event space for up to 180 guests. It is just five minutes on foot from Ipswich’s central rail station, and the award-winning Water Front Marina and its busy bars and restaurants are close by too. It is about three miles from junction 54 of the A14.
