Below are details of our 2025 parties, to give you an idea of what we can do.

This Christmas, our Grade II listed Manor House sets the scene for a celebration of quiet luxury and winter enchantment. With grand open fireplaces, intricate parquet floors and thoughtfully restored art and antiques, Pendley Manor becomes a festive retreat steeped in character and warmth. CHRISTMAS PARTY NIGHTS
It’s time to get your dancing shoes on. Get together with colleagues, friends or family and enjoy a traditional Christmas party. Enjoy a delicious three course dinner alongside half a bottle of wine then hit the dancefloor with our resident DJ.

FESTIVE AFTERNOON TEA
Join us for a traditional afternoon tea with friends and family. Tuck-in to our selection of finger sandwiches, savouries and sweet treats alongside tea & coffee. Available throughout December 2025. Festive afternoon tea with a glass of mulled wine is £41.95 per person or with a glass of house Champagne is £52.95 per person. Vegetarian options available.

CHRISTMAS FAYRE LUNCH & DINNER
Traditional festive lunch or dinner served throughout December in our Manor House (Excluding 24th, 25th, 26th and 31st December). Price from £51.50 for three courses or £42.50 for two courses per person.

NEW YEAR'S EVE BANQUET
Start the new year right with our banquet menu, followed by fireworks at midnight. Under 13's, £68.50 per child.

PRIVATE CHRISTMAS PARTIES
It’s time to get your dancing shoes on. Get together with colleagues, friends or family and enjoy a traditional Christmas party night. From £64.95 per person.

ACCOMMODATION
Stay with us for one long festive feast in our Victorian Manor House. From live music to afternoons with our resident peacocks and plenty for all the family to do, make yourself at home in utter Christmas luxury. Please enquire for further accommodation package details.

The Grade II listed Hertfordshire hotel, Pendley Manor, is set in 35 acres of beautifully landscaped and wooded parkland close to the picturesque Hertfordshire town of Tring. The hotel is little more than an hour from Central London, very close to the M1 and M25 motorways. Tring Train Station is just a two minute drive away.
