During dinner we will immerse you and your guests in two hours of jaw dropping entertainment with an electric party atmosphere! Following dessert, we step you all into the next part of the evening as we transition to the dance floor for the ultimate after party! Each and every one of your team will be up and on the dancefloor - We are renowned for getting the party started with our unique blend of party tunes to have each and every one of your party up on the dance floor until the early hours.

Every year, incredible culinary delights are served by our caterers, Crown Catering Cambridge. We know this is important to you & it's so important to us too. Our caterers work with us every year and the feedback is always outstanding. They are very well regarded and known in this area, there is more information on their website. The team are so used to working with special dietary requirements should your party have any.  

SHARED PARTY NIGHT
Join us for a night for everyone! Colleagues, family or friends! You will be seated with your own guests on your own table/s to enjoy the HQ Christmas Parties Shared Night. A fantastic way to celebrate with those closest to you, and mingle with new faces. 

PRIVATE HIRE PARTY NIGHT
Upwards of approx. 200 guests? We would be delighted to work with you to create a Corporate Festive Event to exceed yours and your teams expectations. Our private hire parties can accommodate any number up to 650 guests seated, or up to 1500 guests standing; larger guest sizes can be accommodated on request. (Minimum no. of guests varies dependant on day of the week and date requested).

Looking for an alternative Festive Celebration? The Christmas Brunch Party at HQ Nights Christmas Parties Cambridge. Get ready for the ultimate high-energy daytime Christmas party. A vibrant experience which fuses delicious dining with a WOW party atmosphere. Performers, musicians and the very best DJ's! We’re excited to bring a taste of the London Brunch scene to Cambridge this December.

Our magical venue is purpose-built in the private grounds of Great Wilbraham Hall Farm Estate and is less than 1 minute from the A11 offering ideal transport links for your guests. The venue has its own private driveway entrance - and a separate driveway exit within metres from the A11 turning. We have free parking on a tarmac, hard-standing area on site with parking attendants on hand should they be needed.  

It is ideally located about 10 minutes outside of Cambridge just a minute off the A11 Newmarket bypass.
