SHARED PARTY NIGHTS
We are all about the biggest Christmas parties featuring delicious menus with award-winning wine lists available and resident DJ's. We have some each way bets for you: If you’ve got the moves, we’ve got a disco to suit you, or why not dance the night away to live party band The Monotones. Choose from our Band Party or Disco Party nights.
PRIVATE PARTIES
If you are looking for a private party room to celebrate the festive season, then look no further. Here at York Racecourse we can make your Christmas party one to remember for the best of reasons.
You can book a private space with a dedicated suite just for your office, club or group and dance the night away. We have a range of function rooms and suites with different styles, so you’re sure to find the perfect place to enjoy a delicious home-cooked three course Christmas menu or carvery, and sample our wide range of award-winning wines. With top quality catering and an experienced hospitality team, we’ll make sure your party is a resounding success.
Entertainment is not included, however you are more than welcome to bring along your own band or disco, or alternatively we can organise a disco from our preferred supplier.
Minimum numbers will apply dependant on the appropriate room.
PRIVATE JANUARY PARTY NIGHTS
Missed out on the Christmas nights out? We have you covered! Join our private January party nights with all the same fun as our Christmas parties. You can have a few drinks at our late bar before getting stuck into our delicious festive buffet. Then head to the dance floor to dance all night. Minimum numbers of 70 apply.

About the venue
Join us at York Racecourse, established in 1731.The stables have been a temporary home to star racehorses from Brigadier Gerard to Sea The Stars and Frankel. York Racecourse lies within one mile of the historic York city centre and is served by convenient road, rail and air access routes. We are just off the A64 and close to the A1(M).
