We know what it takes to make Christmas truly special. From festive afternoon tea to glamorous New Year’s Eve celebrations, we have something for everyone! We have the experience, and most importantly the people, to bring your celebration together.

CHRISTMAS IN THE ROYAL
There’s nothing quite like getting friends and colleagues around the table. Let our specialist team inspire you with our full party package night, live entertainment and fun casino. Enjoy a drinks reception and a three course dinner. You can eat, drink and party the evening away with our DJ.

Private parties are accepted. On peak nights, a minimum number of 300 attendees is required for a private event. If you would like to look at alternative dates with smaller numbers, please enquire to discuss your options and tailor your bespoke event.

HOST THE ROAST ON THE ARCADE
Family service with your designated table host carving the roast. A hat and apron will be provided and are yours to take home as a memento of the evening, if you wish.

Two succulent roasts of turkey and honey roast ham will be served alongside an alternative for those with any dietary requirements. These will be accompanied by all the traditional trimmings you would expect at a festive feast. Round off your dinner with a festive yule log served with your choice of cream or vanilla ice cream.

Music will be provided throughout the night by our resident DJ to keep the festive atmosphere alive.

FESTIVE AFTERNOON TEA
Let us spoil you this Christmas! Enjoy an indulgent, festive afternoon tea in our spacious Swatch restaurant. Enjoy a selection of festive themed finger sandwiches, cakes and scones with clotted cream and jam. For an extra special treat, upgrade to a chilled glass of champagne with your sweet treats. 1st November until 30th December (excluding Christmas Day and Boxing Day). £19.99 per person or £29.99 per person for Champagne Afternoon Tea.

NEW YEAR'S EVE CELEBRATION
Bring in the New Year in an intimate setting. Tantalise your taste buds with our seven course dinner and dance the night away. As keep the dance floor full for the chimes of Big Ben to welcome in 2026!

About the venue

The Crowne Plaza Nottingham is a four star hotel located near the Victoria Centre shopping centre and Nottingham Castle. It is conveniently located a six minute drive from Nottingham Station and is seven miles off the M1 at Jct 25.
