Wild West Hoedown Christmas Party in Leeds 2025

With the on trend revival in rootsy country music, a fully themed hoedown focused on creating immersive wild west event spaces for your guests to enjoy!  We will transport your guests back to an 1800’s wild west town, complete with saloon bar! The event space will be fully decorated with large, themed props, table decorations, western themed backdrops and bespoke lighting and draping to create a real wow factor as your guests arrive.

Think old western town, rustic wagon wheels, saloon bars, cacti, and haybales! Take a seat at the bar and watch the live entertainment from your meet and greet character actors, cowboys, cowgirls and native Americans. Take a seat on a haybale and have a selfie in front of the western town scene and giant backdrop, or instead roll up to the spit and sawdust saloon bar and take a seat right in the middle of the action! 

For 200 guests or more this exciting themed party is available in several different venues in Leeds, all within easy reach of  Bradford, Halifax, Harrogate, Huddersfield, Wakefield and Wetherby. Dates are available in November, December and January.
